As Site Coordinator, you're the leader on-site and the link between the crew and our Project Manager. Your oversight ensures that our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and up to our strict quality standards. Your day-to-day includes:

• Leading the crew on residential interior and exterior projects.

• Running a quick daily huddle.

• Documenting the work with daily photos and video.

• Owning quality control. 

• Handling on-site problems.

• Representing Bay View Painting to clients and coordinating respectfully with other trades on site.

• Leading end-of-day cleanup so every property is left cleaner than we found it.

As a Finish Painter, you deliver the finish coats that define every job, working alongside the crew and reporting to the Site Coordinator. Your day-to-day includes:

• Applying professional finish coats.

• Spray application in our shop and on large-scale interior and exterior jobs.

• Fine cabinet and trim finishing to a factory-grade standard.

• Verifying prep quality.

• Working safely on ladders and scaffolding to reach high ceilings, soffits, and exterior walls.

• Protecting the property with complete masking and drops, and leading a clean, organized end-of-day breakdown.

• Taking part in the daily huddle, reporting honestly on progress and flagging any application, material, or safety risks for the day.

As a Prepper, you set up every job for a flawless finish, working alongside the crew and reporting to the Site Coordinator. Your day-to-day includes:

• Scraping and sanding interior and exterior surfaces.

• Filling holes and imperfections.

• Caulking trim and siding.

• Handling rotted wood/big Holes.

• Setting up and protecting the job site.

• Keeping the site clean as you go and performing a thorough end-of-day breakdown.

• Taking part in the daily huddle, reporting yesterday's work honestly and flagging any surface, material, or safety risks for the day ahead.
